Alena Newman Brooks, age 63, passed away June 23, 2017 at Grant Medical Center.

Survived by children, Patrick Brooks II, Joseph (Sarah) Brooks, and Jennifer Golden; grandchildren, Alexandria Brooks, Eli Golden, Kyle Golden, Riley Brooks, and Adam Brooks; and former husband, Patrick Brooks.

A Celebration of Alena's Life will be held 12:00 noon to 2:00 P.M. Saturday, July 1 at Cook & Son-Pallay Funeral Home, 1631 Parsons Avenue.
