Richard E. Lyons was born July 22, 1933 in Columbus Ohio and passed away June 20, 2017 at 9:30 a.m. Preceded in death by wife Arlena Lyons and daughter Kay Smith. Survived by sons, Edward and Michael Lyons; daughters, Mary Marshall, Terryann (Robert) Epps, and Melinda Jarrells; 13 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren; in-laws, Irene Salmons and William & Frances Hargis; many nieces and nephews.  Graveside service 11 a.m. Saturday, July 22, 2017 at Sunset Cemetery, Galloway, Ohio.
