PHYLLIS LEWIS Obituary

PHYLLIS L. LEWIS, age 84, passed away Tuesday, March 26, 2024, in the care of Otterbein at New Albany.

Preceded in death by son Roy Keith Dennis, and parents Betty Seward and James Dennis. Survived by daughter, Karen (Christopher) Cooper; sons, Kevin (Roshell) Dennis, and Kendall (Mary) Lewis; granddaughters, Brandi Cooper, Madea Dennis, and Stacy Marshall; adopted grandson, Christopher Patton; great-grandsons, Christopher Cooper Patton, and Cameron Cooper Patton; sister, Hazel Dennis; nephews, Valdez Dennis, and Paris Dennis; cousins, Sharon Watkins and Myra Rispress.

Special thanks to the care team at Otterbein and Capital City Hospice for their wonderful, loving care.
