We have had several of our family members funerals and cremations there. Everything everytime was perfect. You guys took care of my grandpa there about 6 years ago and everything was great. Just yesterday my grandma was transported to your funeral facility. She did not want to have a funeral she just wanted cremated. I know that you all will take wonderful care of her and i know that she will be treated with respect and dignity. Thank you all for what you have done for my family. During this very hard time that we are facing. She was a wonderful mother, grandmother and great grandmother very much loved and adored by her family. Im very sad that shes gone but im at peace knowing that her remains will be taken good care of and respected thank you all again. We have been blessed to have Cook & Son Pally be there for us throughout the years for both my wife's and my Father, her Sister, our son's birth Father and most recently for our beloved Son.

Where do I begin, it was such a challenging time when I had the pleasure of working with Ms. Charlie & Mr. Dan Pallay while in Orlando, Florida. When I was in Ohio visiting my mother in hospice we knew we had to make arrangements before I went back home to Florida. From the pre-plan to the memorial the level of professionalism and empathy allowed me to make the final arrangements with ease while driving from Florida to Ohio. Every phone call and email sent was handled with diligence and care. Thank you so much for making sure my Mother's Celebration of Life was taken care of in a timely manner. Thank you for compassion. Several years ago, the most loved member of our family (Sparky) died and we contacted Cook & Sons, Palley, our neighborhood funeral facility. They promptly dispatched someone to remove our Beagle Sparky from the Great Southern Animal Hospital and handled the cremation at their on-site crematory. They had a nice selection of urns and we chose one and ordered memorial information to be mounted on it. Dan Palley was very caring and went above and beyond by also informing us that one of his employees had a fresh batch of Beagle puppies and he arranged to give us a new bouncing, baby, Beagle we named Lucky. Every aspect of the services was absolutely perfect. My wife and I now live in Green Valley, Arizona with our boy Lucky. We highly recommend this business.
