Billy J. Collier, Jr., age 40, passed away unexpectedly February 20, 2018.

Preceded in death by son Kory, grandparents Robert and Delores Tipton, and life-long friend Mike Foshee.

Survived by son, Austin; parents, Billy and Christina; grandparents, Wendell and Dixie; several aunts and uncles; many cousins; and best friend, Brian Matthews.

Memorial Service 2:30 p.m. Saturday, March 3 at COOK & SON-PALLAY FUNERAL HOME, 1631 Parsons Ave., where family will receive friends from 2 p.m.
