Chad Edward Dunlap, age 29, passed away February 6, 2018.

Preceded in death by grandparents, Doris and Carlos Ballard; grandmother, Mary Dunlap; and uncle, Don.

Survived by mother, Carline Dunlap (Charlie Ward); father, Harry Dunlap; brothers, Justin, Michael and Louis; sisters, Cassidy and Olivia; step-brother, Charlie Jr.; step-sisters, Chastity and Samantha; daughter, Kristiana Fisher; many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins and too many dear friends to count.

Visitation 5:00 to 7:00 P.M. Tuesday, February 13 at Cook & Son-Pallay Funeral Home, 1631 Parsons Avenue, where service will follow at 7:00 P.M. with Danny Crawford officiating.
