Survived by wife, Tina; daughters, Kaitlyn and Piper; sons, David and Pilot; parents, Henry and Dianna; brother, Rick; in-laws, Mark and Melissa Gosnell, Mark and Richard Gosnell, and Michelle Gunn; many other relatives and friends.
Visitation 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Thursday, April 6 at COOK & SON-PALLAY FUNERAL HOME, 1631 Parsons Ave. Graveside service with military honors to follow at Green Lawn Cemetery, 1000 Greenlawn Ave.
