Sad to hear news of George's passing.  He was a friend from the Columbus Computer Society and shared with many Special Interest Groups over the years.  He was always a mentor to me and all that knew him, both personally and professionally.  His kind words and "Way" about him is a rare trait in a person these days.  I feel a personal loss of a friend and good person.  He was a great example of how more people should live life, personally and professionally!  You will always be missed George!
God Bless your family.

I was very sorry to hear of George's death, especially since I had so often promised to take him to lunch and catch up, other than our yearly Christmas communication.  George hired me at Franklin Clue Company in 1970 and he quickly became my mentor, as well as my friend.  He drove the initial success of Franklin's infant Construction Products Division and many at Franklin owe George a debt of gratitude.  He and Laurie also opened their home to us (and Audrey's bedroom, as she was away at college) after the blizzard of 1978.  We drove to Riverside hospital from there, in George's car, to welcome the birth of our first son.  We'll miss George a lot...

We were very sorry to here of George's passing in the Columbus Dispatch today.  He was a great guy with multiple interests and talents.  I know that he and Laurie enjoyed their days  as members of the Westbridge Camera Club, and in the monthly conpetitions in which both
partiicipated.  George could always enter something done in some process that no one  else
had ever tried before.  Audrey, Brenda, Dan, and Christian, I'm sure you have your favorite memories of your father, and the house that you grew up in many years ago.

Our deepest sympathy on your loss.      Wally and Barbara Cash
