Preceded in death by parents, James and Brenda (Frazier) Caldwell.

Survived by twin bother, Johnny; brothers, Timothy Joe and Mark; sister, Debbie Zoe; aunts, Willadean, Betty, and Bonnie Frazier; several nieces and nephews; and many friends, including special friends Robert Garcia and Donna Roth.
