Patricia Ann Haddix, age 76, passed away Sunday, June 9, 2019.

Retired from the State of Ohio and long-time member of Thurman Avenue United Methodist Church.

Preceded in death by parents, Joe Byron and Della Meadows; great-grandson, Kayden; and brother-in-law, Tom East.

Survived by children, Don (Margie) Haddix and Rhonda (Greg) Koenigsman; grandchildren, Ashley, Eddie, Eric, Emily, Josh (Tiffany), Donnie, and Jessica; great-grandchildren, Dominick, Brayden, and Olivia; sister, Nancy East; 3 nephews and many dear friends.

A Memorial Service will be held 2:00 P.M. Friday, June 14 at Thurman Avenue United Methodist Church, 415 Thurman Avenue. Reverend Tim Rash, Sr. officiating.
