Robert Foster, Jr, age 79, went home to be with the Lord on November 13, 219. He was born in Tuscaloosa, AL on May 2, 1941.

He was honorably discharged from the United States Air Force. Retired from the United States Postal Service. Graduated from Capital University with Bachelors Degree in Accounting and Finance.

He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Foster, Sr.; mother, Mattie Foster; and granddaughters, Essence Foster and Tiffany Bush.

Robert is survived by his wife of 59 years, Bernice Foster; sons, Robert Foster III, Terry (Stacey) Foster; daughters, Barbie Foster, Mellinda (Bob) Lanier; Tina (Clarence) Fite, Tonya Lewis, and Tina (Danny) Blackwell; children of his heart, Gene Chaney, Robyn Smith, and Patricia Borden; 21 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren; sister, Mary Marcroft; and other family and friends.

Visitation 10-11 a.m. Thursday at Vineyard Columbus, 6000 Cooper Rd., Westerville, with service to follow.
