Tina Micheal (Darkes) Ebright

Surrounded by the love of family and friends, Tina Micheal Ebright’s journey with ovarian cancer peacefully came to an end on Tuesday, February 26th at The James Cancer Hospital.

Born October 4, 1976, Tina is survived by husband Jason; children Jordan, Joshua and Hailey; parents Thomas and Kathy (Muncy) Darkes; sisters Donelle Darkes and Jessica Darkes; and countless aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and in-laws.

In addition to her request to be cremated, Tina was unwavering in her desire to not have a traditional funeral. More than anything, she wanted not for her death to be mourned, but for her life to be celebrated. Her family feels that it is important to honor those wishes. In lieu of a formal memorial and funeral, an informal Celebration of Life open house will be held on Tuesday, March 5th from 6:00 to 9:00 P.M. at The Loft @ Combustion Brewery Taproom, 80 West Church Street, Pickerington OH 43137.

Please come as you are. Tina never wore black to funerals. She hoped that we would do the same as we came together to celebrate her life and share fond memories of our time with her. While the event will be informal, family and friends will be invited to speak and share their favorite memories from 6:30 to 7:15 P.M.
