Violet A. Blair Brooks, age 60, passed away unexpectedly June 1, 2017 at home.
Preceded in death by her father Thomas Blair, her mother and her heart and soul Velvie Blair, and brothers Thomas, Homer and Louis Blair.
Survived by husband, Rick Brooks; sons, Jerry (Virginia) Atwell and Roger (Lynn) Atwell; many grandchildren and one great-granddaughter; six sisters including special sister, Goldie Blevins; brother, Charles Blair; and numerous nieces and nephews.
According to Violet’s wishes, there will be no public services. Interment with her mother later, in Obetz Cemetery by COOK & SON-PALLAY FUNERAL HOME.
