WALTER BERNARD PETERSON

Walter Bernard Peterson, age 70, of Columbus, went to be with his Lord and Savior on July 3, 2017 at Mount Carmel West. 

Born March 31, 1947 in Sabina, OH to Walter Piotrowski and Lillian Peterson, he was a Vietnam army veteran.  He attended Kentucky Christian College, and for many years was the host and producer of “The Walt Peterson Show” on ACTV. 

Preceded in death by his parents and sister Patricia. 

Survived by son, Douglas (Carla); daughter, Marie Ann (Richard); and their children; brothers, John (Grace) and Robert (Marsha); sisters, Regina, Tina (Mike), and Anita; and niece, Tessa. 

The family will receive friends 6-7 p.m. Wednesday, July 12, with service following at 7 p.m. at Cherry Creek Church of Christ, 4977 Sullivant Ave., Columbus, where Walt was a devoted member.  Arrangements by COOK & SON-PALLAY FUNERAL HOME.
