Billie Lee Kadow, age 70, passed away October 5, 2021.

She loved plants, horror movies, teddy bears, and her family.

Preceded in death by husband Michael Kadow, son Elbert Watts, parents Albert and Emma Elliott, sister Nancy Elliott, brothers James and Jimmy Elliott, and aunt Lavada Elliott.

Survived by daughters, Donna Cline and Lavada Rundio; sons, Larry and Tommy Watts; grandchildren, Patrick, Vanessa, April, Bub, Emma, Alex, Allissa, Damon, Krissy, Tony, Eli, Eric, Jessy, Sarah, Andrew, Elbert, and Tyler; great-grandchildren, Dekota, Hayle, Adin, Sunkira, Brandon, Preston, Brionna, Kennith, Jaliae, Lawernce, Ally, Abbie, SJ, and Brooklyn; and brothers, Ronnie, Ricky, Bobbie, Robert, and Sherman Elliott.

Celebration of Life and visitation with the family 4:00 to 6:00 P.M. Friday, October 8, 2021 at Cook & Son-Pallay Funeral Home, 1631 Parsons Ave.
