Preceded in death by parents, James O. and Hazel M. (Thurman) Berry; brother, Thomas Berry; and sisters, Patricia (Berry) Hamel and Sheila Berry.

Survived by husband, Adolph T. Welch; sons, Jamey Jackson (Kristina Ray) and Greg (Angie) Jackson; and grandchildren, Madison Jackson, Andrew Jackson, Aaron Breeze, Crimson Breece, and Kristin Jackson.
