David Shane Chapman, age 48, passed away Monday, April 3, 2023 at Grant Medical Center.
Preceded in death by father Grover Lee Chapman, grandparents Samuel & Ardella Beets and Roy Lee & Bessie Chapman, and nephew Jasper William Woods IV.
Survived by mother, Margie Chapman; stepchildren, Joshua and Hannah; sister, Nicole Woods; brother, Israel (Diana) Chapman; nieces and nephews, Robbie, Chase, Cameron, Ashlee, Jada, Briyanna, and Caleb; and many cousins and friends.
Visitation 5:00 to 7:00 P.M. Friday, April 7, 2023 at Cook & Son-Pallay Funeral Home, 1631 Parsons Ave.
