Debbie Stepp, age 67, passed away July 13 2021.

Preceded in death by mother Bessie Gullion, brother Bob Gullion, sister Anna McKinster, grandparents Genevieve and Frank Otworth.

Survived by daughters, Shannon Vance (Tom Cox Jr.) and Kelly Kent; son, John Kent; sisters, Margaret (Gullion) Jenkins (Charis) and Connie Gullion Oberting; brothers, Bill Gullion (Geri Dodge) and Chris (Savannah) Gullion; grandchildren, Ashley (Jeremy), Allisa (Nikki), Joshua, Chandler, and Giovanni; great-grandchildren, Kaylin, Oaklyn, Ariana, Kinleigh, and Lillian; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Visitation 3:00 to 5:00 P.M. Wednesday, July 21, at Cook & Son-Pallay Funeral Home, 1631 Parsons Ave., where a Celebration of Life will follow. Bishop Chris Gullion officiating.
