DeeDee M. White

DeeDee M. White, age 64, went home to be with the Lord on July 16, 2021.

She was born August 31, 1956 in Fort Lee, VA to Herbert White, Jr. and Ruth Mary White.

DeeDee graduated from Bishop Watterson High School  and The Ohio State School of Cosmetology.

She began her work career as a teenager, as a weapons inspector at DCSC.  DeeDee continued her career after graduation and transferred to the United States Postal Service, from where she eventually retired.

DeeDee enjoyed family vacations, baseball, bowling, and shopping.  She had a kind and giving heart, and loved her family and friends.

DeeDee is preceded in death by her father, Herbert White, Jr., mother, Ruth Mary White, step-father, Steve Stevenson, son, Steve E. White, brothers, Herbert White III, Leonardo White, and Joel White.

DeeDee leaves to cherish her memory sons, Jared White and Ambre White; daughter, Uniqua White; special niece, Cherita White; grandsons, Taejon Watkins, Jaden Alexander, and Domonei; brother, Gregory White; sister, Carla White; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and other friends and loved ones.

Visitation 11:00 A.M. to 12:00 noon on Friday, July 30, 2021 at Cook & Son-Pallay Funeral Home, 1631 Parsons Ave., where service will follow at 12:00 noon.  Interment following service.
