Dennise E. Moore, age 60, passed away May 12, 2020. She was a long-time employee of Aetna.

She loved spending time with her family, camping, and football.

Preceded in death by mother, Helen Whited.

Survived by husband, Lloyd A. Moore; daughters, Andrea (William) Ford and Dawn (Derek Berry) Ashworth; sons, Justin Butcher and Chris Ryan; grandchildren, Andy Guzman, Gunner Ford, and Bryce Blaney; fathers, Galen Perry and Jr. Whited; sisters, Wendy Perry and Kimberly Dunkle; brother, Galen Perry, Jr.; many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Visitation 5:00 to 7:00 P.M. Wednesday, May 20, 2020 at Cook & Son-Pallay Funeral Home, 1631 Parsons Ave., where service will follow at 7:00 P.M.
