Donald L. Paxton Jr.

Donald Lee Paxton Jr, 62, passed away unexpected at his residence July 23, 2020 of natural causes.  Don was a simple, hardworking man, who worked as a mason most of his life.  He loved the outdoors and hunting and fishing.

Don was preceded in death by his parents, Donald Paxton Sr.,and  Nancy and Elza Trippett;  his wife, Laura Paxton; brothers, Gary and Jeff Paxton; and sister, Kimberly Decker.

He is survived by his sister, Kristina Trippett (John Frizzell); brother, John Paxton; son, Donald Lee Paxton III (Melanie Pompili); three grandchildren, with whom he loved spending time, Kaylee Paxton, Brennan Paxton, and Brayten Paxton;  great-grandchildren, Konnor and Hunter Akers; many nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews; and close friends, whom he held dear to him.

Visitation 5:00 to 7:00 P.M. Wednesday, July 29, 2020 at Cook & Son-Pallay Funeral Home, 1631 Parsons Ave., where a Sharing of Memories will conclude the evening at 6:30 P.M.
