Ellen Ruth (Casey) Evans

Ellen Ruth Evans, age 64, was born on November 21, 1956 in Williamson, WV, and passed away peacefully on February 3, 2021 in her home in Columbus, OH, as she wanted.

Ellen was a woman with the biggest heart.  She always welcome anyone and everyone into her home, just to escape everyday life.

Preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Flora (Daugherty) Casey; brother, James Casey; two sisters, Mindy Brownfield and Christine Lapointe; and her loving husband, Clayton Evans.

Ellen left behind three children, daughters, Christie (Adam) Johnson and Elizabeth Casey (Dontae); and son, Randy (Jen) Evans; eight grandchildren, Beatrice, Margie, Kyle, Brandon, Devin, Shawn, Adam, and Cameron; two great-grandchildren, Dakarai and Amiyah; two sisters, Fannie Casey and Mary Lester; three nieces, five nephews, and many cousins; and Linda Hansel, a woman who meant the world to her and was more of a sister than a friend.

Ellen was loved by so many, and will be dearly missed.

Visitation 5:00 to 7:00 P.M. Tuesday, February 9, 2021 at Cook & Son-Pallay Funeral Home, 1631 Parsons Ave., where a Sharing of Memories will conclude the evening at 7:00 P.M.
