Fern Maxine Oeffler, age 91, was born September 7, 1930 in New Philadelphia, OH to Walter and Fern (Burris) Zimmerman, and passed away April 26, 2022.

Retired from Woolworth, where she was a valued member of their sales staff for many years.

Member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses.

She was devout in her religion. She loved animals, especially cats and dogs.

Preceded in death by parents, brother Walter Zimmerman, and sisters Esther Cheek and Marjorie Harrington.

Survived by daughters, Pamela Sue (Elaine) Oeffler and Patricia Ann (Matt) Kamm; son, Mark Stevens Oeffler; granddaughter, Sonja Nicole Kamm; sisters-in-law, Lola Bagby and Virginia Susil; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
