Irene "Penny" Carter Obituary

Irene "Penny" Carter, age 88, passed away November 15, 2020 at her home in Bucyrus, OH.

Penny was a special person, loved by all. She loved her family, bluegrass, and mountains.

Preceded in death by daughter, Karen Rodgers; son, Frank Carter; sister, Christine Guyor; and mother, Nellie Smith.

Survived by daughter, Sharon Villars; sons, Ron (Tammy) Carter and Mike (Tina) Carter; and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.

A special thanks to her granddaughters, Becky and Angel

Visitation 2:00 to 4:00 P.M. Thursday, November 19, 2020 at Cook & Son-Pallay Funeral Home, 1631 Parsons Ave., where service will follow at 4:00 P.M.
