John Carmony Obituary

John Steele Carmony, age 67, passed away May 9, 2021 at Doctors Hospital.

Formerly a member of the Hilltop YMCA, Y's Men, member of IBEW, and of St. Paul Lutheran Church of New Rome. Also an enthusiastic bee-keeper in COBA.

Preceded in death by parents, Robert and Marion (Crawford) Carmony, and daughter-in-law, Amanda Rush.

Survived by wife, Teddie; daughters, Holly (James) Robison and Lisa (Scott) Hinson; son, Jeff; grandchildren, Sierra (David) Stockton, Tristann (Charles) Blankenship, John Robison, Devona Burger, Nivea Robison, Aaron Robison, and Minnie "Mouse" Robison; great-grandsons, Tyler, Van, Parker, and Payton; brother, Rick (Rita); brother-in-law, David (Jo) Nawyn; sister-in-law, Faith Simmons; and many nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 P.M. Saturday, May 29, 2021 at St. Paul Lutheran Church, 55 Pasadena Ave., New Rome, OH.

In lieu of flowers, contributions are requested to the Amanda Rush Scholarship Fund.
