Dr. Morrison is preceded in death by his loving parents William and Emily, his sister Virginia, his son's partner Keith Kirby, and the supporting love of his life, his wife Harmie.
He is survived by his daughter, Gail, and her partner Heidi Smallman; his son Mark, and his life partner, Arthur Beatty; his nephew, James MacPherson, and the many nieces and nephews on the Vermont side of the family.
He is now at peace. "My body is away from me, but there is a window open from my heart to yours."
A private celebration of his life will be held at a later date, and his ashes scattered with Harmie in Vermont.
