Jordan Neal Jacobs, age 30, passed away November 30, 2021 at Berger Hospital.

He had such a kind heart, and he loved his family and friends very much. He loved working on his truck in his spare time, and he enjoyed working with his dad at the tree service, and climbing trees.

Preceded in death by paternal grandfather, "Big Jim" Jacobs; paternal grandmother, Mary P. Lines; maternal grandmother, Josephine Stanley; and aunt, Melissa Lester.

Survived by mother, Teresa Manuel; father, Terry Jacobs (Heather Smith); sisters, Kayla Jacobs, Sierra (Colby) Landin, Savannah Jacobs, Sabrina Smith. Gracie Jacobs, and Sara (Tre) Perry; brothers, Tyler (Katrina) Jacobs, Brandon Chaffin, Justin (Kayleigh) Jacons, and Terry Jacobs, Jr.; nieces, Harper, Adalyn, Kahtera, Kora, and Callie; nephews, Cozen, Peyton, Tyler, Jr., and Malcolm; and many other family members and friends.
