Kevin Lee Belcher, age 44, passed away March 5, 2021 after a long and painful fight with addiction and depression. Praise God that his struggle is over.
He was born December 28, 1976 in Columbus, OH, where he lived his whole life.
Kevin was preceded in death by his grandparents, Thomas and Beatrice Belcher of Fort Gay, WV and David and Naomi Honaker of Columbus, OH
Kevin is survived by a host of family and friends. His parents, Harry and Pamela Belcher of Fort Gay, WV; formerly of Galloway, OH; sisters, Heather Belcher Hopson of Galloway, OH and Lori (Mike) Renfro of Richmond, KY; brother: Justin (Tara) Belcher of Reynoldsburg, OH; fiancee, Kelly Workman of Columbus, OH; and her family, especially her two youngest sons, Jonathan and Andrew Mullins, whom he loved as his own; aunts and uncles, Doris (Bill) Damron and Maxine (Joe) Marcum of Fort Gay, WV, Thomas (Lois) Honaker and Charles (Teresa) Honaker of central Ohio, Violet (Reuben) Copley of Wayne, WV, Jeannette (Ray) Doss of Portsmouth, OH, Nancy (Jerry) White of Polk City, FL, Buford (Drema) Boothe and Juanita Boothe of Cedar Bluff, VA, and Jackie Clopper of Eaton, OH; his nieces and nephews, whom he loved dearly, Kaley, Tyson, and Trinity Hopson, and Jace, Jude and Hayden Belcher; Kevin was extremely close to his first cousins, Tim (Kim) Damron, David Marcum; Treena Marcum Hogan; Kelli Honaker; Jason (Ashley) Honaker; Daniel Honaker; and Ashley Honaker, and many other cousins and relatives too numerous to name.
There will be a memorial service to celebrate Kevin’s life at 2:00 P.M. Saturday, March 20, 2021at the Upper Tabors Creek FWB Church, at the junction of Ryan 37 and Upper Tabors Creek Rd in Wayne County, with interment at the family cemetery.
