Lawrence Goad Obituary
Lawrence L. Goad, age 69, passed away February 14, 2020.
He was a long time Columbus resident, born in Matewan, WV to the late Richard and Lula (Blankenship) Goad.
He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Regina F. (Spurlock) Goad; his son and three daughters, Lawrence Jr., Kathy (Matt) Wolf, Karen (Roger) Kanke, and Kristy Goad; 10 grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren.
He retired from Conduit Pipe Products Co. (formerly Capitol Manufacturing) after 47 years. His favorite past times were playing bingo, listening to classic country music and watching OSU football. He was generous with everyone, offering whatever he had to give whenever someone visited him or when he visited others.
A private memorial gathering will be announced at a later date.
