Lyle A. Jones, Jr.

Lyle A. Jones, Jr., on one of the happiest days of his life, was reunited with his son in heaven on March 24, 2021.

Lyle, aka, Squeak/Squacker, was a legend in the appliance industry in Columbus, as the owner and founder of Jones Appliances, as well as AAA Appliances. Lyle was also a legend within his family, and had the most inspirational rags to riches story that has ever been seen, setting future generations up for success. Lyle had many hobbies, including watching boxing matches, and fantasizing about being a boxer while he play boxed his grandchildren, having talks outside with his daughter in sunny weather, going on secret dates with his love Linda, but all in all, his favorite thing to do was spend time with his loved ones, and a bucket of chicken was usually non-negotiable with him for that occasion.

Lyle was the best Dad, Papal, Uncle, and Brother that this world has ever seen, and he will be missed deeply by everyone who knew him.

Lyle is survived by the love of his life, Linda Jones; his daughter Malinda (Marty) Jones Downing; his  grandchildren, Zach (Megan), Cody (Miranda), Lindsey, and Dylan; and great-grandson, Jeremy Jr.

Lyle was preceded in death by mother Eula Jones, many siblings, and son Lyle Aubrey Jones III.
