Philliph J. Wells II, age 45, passed away January 31, 2021 at his home in Ray, OH.

Preceded in death by father, Philliph J. Wells, Sr; mother, Lorraine Wells; and brother, Darnelle J. Wells.

Survived by sister, Latisha Wells (Alfonso) Branch; brothers, James C. Wells and Aaron J. Wells; a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins; and dearest friend, James "Jim" Strother.

A Memorial Service will be planned at a later date.
