Richard L. Jones, Sr., age 85, was called home Thursday, July 21, 2022 peacefully, at his home.

He loved horses, and was a dedicated family man.

Preceded in death by his loving wife of 60 years, Nancy Jones, parents Thomas and Rite Jones, brother Charles Jones, sister Eileen Jones, and fathful companion and furbaby, Shadow.

Survived by daughter, Yvonne Lee; sons, Richard (Cindy) Jones, Jr. and Rod (Marlene) Jones; grandchildren, Tiffany (Mike) Christy, Richard (Katie) Jones III, Rodney (Madeline) Jones II, Amy (Corbin) Heskett, Scott (Laura) Heskett, Dale Heskett, Jr., and Andy Filippi; great-grandchildren, Ashley Heskett, Sierra Parker, Isaiah Heskett, Malachi Minger, Scott Lazirko, Emily Lazirko, Abbie Grice, Tay Grice, Cat Christy, Robbie Prietzsch, Keria Filippi, and Matthew (Katie) Filippi.
