Ronald Capaniro, age 74, passed away November 2, 2020.
A career veteran of the United States Army, he retired from service having achieved the rank of sergeant. Ronnie loved his kids and grandkids, and he loved his doggies as much as he loved his children. He enjoyed working with wood; he could often be found in his garage creating amazing woodwork.
Preceded in death by father, Anthony Capaniro; mother, Thelma Irene (Sorrell) Bowen; sister, Patricia Anne Lewis; son-in-law, Robert Taylor, Jr.; brother, Dale Bowen; sister-in-law, Joann Bowen.
Survived by wife, Carolyn Sue Capaniro; daughter, Desiree “Angie” (Wayne Meinen) Taylor; son, Michael (Carrie) Capaniro; grandchildren, James, Rachael (Agustin), Taylor (Mike), Morgan, Reagan, and Kennedy; great-grandchild, Angelo Aguirre; sister, Linda Susan (Enoch) Causey; brothers, Jerry Bowen, William Jack Bowen, and David (Deborah) Bowen; and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation 5:00 to 7:00 P.M. Tuesday, November 10, 2020 at Cook & Son-Pallay Funeral Home, 1631 Parsons Ave.
