Taylor McNamee Obituary

Taylor Nora-Lynn (Tripp) McNamee, age 29, was born on May 8, 1991 and left us on August 20, 2020.

She graduated from Gahanna Lincoln High School in 2009. She was employed by Lehmann Mechanical. She was treasurer, choreographer, and head coach for the Millersport Little Lakers Cheerleading team, which was her passion. Her dream was to one day have her own Cheerleading gym.

She loved to organize ANY event and was the life of all get-togethers. She always enjoyed planning family gatherings, kids parties, and BIG family vacations.  She was most happy spending time with family and friends, and was especially ecstatic about spending time with her two best friends, Leanna Anderson and Whitney Morrison.

She was preceded in death by her “Honkey Tonk” angel grandpa Bob Clouse and grandpa John Mernick.

Taylor is survived by her husband, Sean Micheal; daughter, Ariel Nora-Lynn; son, Mason Lee-Patrick; parents, Trisha & Sean Lehmann and John & Debbie Tripp; sisters, Sandy (Forrest) Swancy, Jessica Tripp, Shawna (Anthony) Stanley, and Kaneesha Patterson; grandparents, Pat Clouse, Sandra (Jim) Caldwell, Ted & Donna Cross, and Antonia Marie Mernick; in-laws, Patrick Hopkins & Charlie Stewart, and Debbie Smith; grandparents, Larry and Deborah Penisten (Green and Beef); brother-in-law, Lee (Annie) Puckett; nieces and nephews, Ari Patterson, Treston Glenn, Jasmine Swancy, Charlotte Stanley, Jaxon Patterson, Audrey Stanley, Averi Stanley, and Rayna Vandermark; and many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and dear friends.

She leaves behind a void for many of us, a sense of not being complete. Her life was so colorful and vibrant, bringing joy to all she met. In her final act on this earth, she was a hero, saving the life of her niece before ascending where she could watch over us all.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 3:00 P.M. on Thursday, August 27, 2020 at Cook & Son-Pallay Funeral Home, 1631 Parsons Ave.

NOTE: Due to current COVID 19 rules, masks are required inside the funeral home. Please observe social distancing, and use the provided hand sanitizer before picking up the pen to sign the guest book.
