Teri Farley Obituary

Teri Lynn Farley, age 56, passed away October 29, 2019 at OSU Medical Center.

She was born in Columbus on December 15, 1962 to the late Hubert "Bob" and Betty West. Teri loved to spend time with her family and friends, and she will be missed dearly.

In addition to her parents, Teri was preceded in death by six brothers.

She is survived by her daughters, Tammera (Sam Dutton), Tonya, Tracy, and Terina; sons, Todd, Timothy, and Thomas; 14 grandchildren; 7 sisters and 2 brothers; and boyfriend, Tony Thomas.

Visitation 5:00 to 7:00 P.M. Tuesday, November 5, 2019 at Cook & Son-Pallay Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the funeral home to assist with her final expenses.
