Thomas F.H. Schroeder

Thomas F.H. Schroeder, age 67, passed away peacefully Tuesday, August 2, 2022 at Mount Carmel East Hospital.

He was an employee of Kroger, and former Federal Court employee.  He was a member of the Unitarian Universalist Church.

He loved the Columbus Crew SC, listening to and playing music, traveling, and fine food.  But he'll be most remembered for tenderly loving and protecting his family and friends.

Preceded in death by daughter Laine Schroeder in 1994, father Gerhard W.F. Schroeder in 2001, and mother Willa T.C. Schroeder in 2009.

Survived by long-time partner Judy Van Fossen; daughter, Libby D.N. Schroeder; grandchildren, Theodore Ernst and Adelaine Lynne; sister, Barbara Schroeder; niece, Glenn Boozan; nephew, Gage Boozan; best friend, John Warner; and all members of the Nordecke "Columbus 'til I die!"

A Celebration of Life will be held from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M. Thursday, August 11, 2022 at Cook & Son-Pallay Funeral Home, 1631 Parsons Ave.
