Victor Lamont Collins

Victor Lamont Collins, Sr., age 61, passed away November 8, 2020 at his home.

He was a warm and caring man who loved to spend time with his family and his friends.  He enjoyed laughing, and was always ready to talk with anyone.

Preceded in death by wife, Luella Lucille Collins; parents, Payton and Vivian Collins; son, Lueis Z. Collins; granddaughter, Toni Holliman-Collins; brother, Carlos Collins; and grandparents, John & Naomi Collins and Wilber & Natherlee Spell.

Survived by daughters, Tamiko (Marquis), Ebony, Victoria, Latrina (Tony), and Kisia (Marcus); son, Victor Jr. (Mariah); daughter-in-law, Jasmine; grandchildren, Kiera, Ashley, Candace, Boyd, Anissa, DaNeeja, Myrkle, Noah, Sirlawrence, Joanna, Mi’Honesty, Jayden, Mariah, Martae, Lueis, Khalia, Cali, Roshawn, Markelle, Mykaia, Jayla, Victor III, Mekhi, Kemar, Kelijah, Kewaun, Keyron, Aaron, and Aaliyah; great-grandchildren, Amyah, Jayden, Zayvion, Ashton, Nolan, Aubrey, Da’jon, Ja’mire, A’veha, Peyton, Jahzara, and Kyng; sisters, Teresa L. Collins and Kimberly Miller

Visitation 5:00 to 7:00 P.M. Friday, November 13, 2020 at Cook & Son-Pallay Funeral Home, 1631 Parsons Ave.

Dear Daddy,

We'll always remember that special smile, that caring heart, that warm embrace you always gave us.

You being there for mom and us.  Through good times and bad time, no matter  what.

We'll always remember you Daddy because there will never be another one to replace you in our hearts, and the love we will always have for you.

You held our hands when we were small.  You caught us when we would fall.  You are the hero of our childhood and our later years as well.

Every time I think of you, my heart still fills with pride.  And though we will always miss you Dad I know you're by our side.  In laughter and in sorrow, in sunshine and rain I know you're watching over us...  Until we meet again.
