Preceded in death by mother, Joyce; sister, Barbara; and niece, Amanda.
Survived by father, David LeRoy (Linda); brother, David Lee; sister, Sharon (Michael); step-father, Carl Cohll; many aunts and uncles, nieces and nephews.
Visitation 11 a.m. to 12 noon Wednesday. March 29 at COOK & SON-PALLAY FUNERAL HOME, 1631 Parsons Ave., where service will follow at 12 noon. Interment Alton Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the family c/o the funeral home.
