My deepest sympathies to the family of John Reisman. I first met John in 1981 in his capacity as a member of the Bexley Civic Improvement Association which was the private board which ran the Bexley Community Pool. John loved swimming, loved the pool, and everyone who worked at the pool or enjoyed it as a patron. I had many conversations with John about swimming, our pool, and his own swimming regiment at the JCC. My deepest sympathies to Joanne (who was in the class ahead of me ) and John and Jane. Frank J. Reed, Jr.

Our sincerest sympathies go out to you, Jane, and to your entire family. John was an outstanding person and such a wonderful family man. You were a very lucky family to have spent your lives with him. Now you can look back and remember the many, many good times you all had in Maine in the summers and on the many trips you all took over the years as well as the holidays and all of the other fun occasions. He truly lived a good and true life. You were blessed and now he is at peace. May God's peace be with you all as well as you adjust to this new , changed time of your lives.

We didn't realize the full amount of service to his community that John gave over 60 years. It was just like the gentleman we had known throughout the years. Both he and Jane were known for the kindness they always bestowed to others. RIP, John. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family at this time of loss.
