John Chris & family, I am so sorry for the loss of your dad. I have so many great memories with all of you. Whenever I go to the caves (which is often, since I live in Athens County) I think of your dad. We would pile in the car on Mondays and head for the hills. Your dad would find all of us kids walking sticks & we would run all over with him while mom & Aunt Phyllis sat at a picnic table and talked. You guys were family! I hope you find peace in the days to come and I'm sending my love & prayers. He was truly a wonderful man. Take care.

Thank you Thom for always making me feel like a member of the family.
So many good times and so many laughs. What a legacy you leave.
I thank you for your son John and see so much of him in you.. May you rest in peace, 'In Glory".
And how we always closed every conversation "I love you'.

My prayers go to all the family. Tom was an absolute sweetheart and his generosity will never be forgotten. He would donate the salad dressing for our spaghetti dinner and it was the best ever! Thank you and God Bless. Love you Mr. Culley

I'm saddened to learn we've lost Tom. This is a dark day for thousands of friends and pizza connoisseurs, those who've stayed in Bexley and those who have scattered nationwide. As a lifelong Rubino's customer who used to enjoy talking about jazz with Tom whenever I'd drop in for a large pep with double cheese -- and that's every chance I could, from back in the '70s up through my returns to Columbus nowadays -- I remember him as a very honorable, talented, sincere guy, always genuinely interested in everybody's lives and activities... and of course the best damn pizza chef in the land.

He and his colleague Frank ran a unique business and ran it the right way, with a terrific honest product and respect for the people who love it. They earned enormous admiration everywhere their names and the name Rubino's are recognized. All our thoughts are with Tom's family and friends at this sad time.
